Ecco a cosa mi riferivo.
----------------------------------------------
Today I start with a promise. No, I do not believe in Promises ('cause they are only words to the wind), but I subscribe the following agreement with those who have the fortune / misfortune to read:
"The undersigned Crippa Milena will not complain anymore of the weekly weigh , nor of possible and apparent poor results."
Beyond the plaintive and pedantic of my complaints, I finally realized with my own eyes that they are unfounded. Indeed, beyond what can the rickety balanceof my mother tell me every morning, my body is really changing ! This morning I give me a good look in the mirror. Well, I'm not saying that I will not look for my weight every morning as a maladapted , but today I understand what you're telling me all of four weeks: arrived at this point Kg are no longer so important, and especially are not the real mirror of my progress. I know, Mike, my love, you're repeating it to me several months, but I'm slow , and for me this is a new way of thinking (to which however I'm very pleased and honored to approach).
Here is what I meant. Do you see the shape of my hips? The first photo is of the 03/09 and the second is today. In 4 weeks there's a significant improvement (that thing that hangs above the navel in the second photo is nothing more than a necklace). I stayed ecstatic. The muscle pain due to the last circuit workouts is still being felt . I feel ill to the stomach every sneeze or laugh. It 'a beginning, it's a start! Finally I see with my tired eyes of chronic obese (eyes take a long time to recover from obesity, such as the mind) a tangible and palpable result. Monday is weighing day, true, but above all to measurements . Which curiosity!

Che cambiamento... Complimenti!!
